Valentine EVO 200E Fryer


The Evolution series from Valentine offers a simple to operate, low maintenance range of frying equipment designed to fit perfectly into any commercial kitchen. The fry pan is pressed from a single sheet of stainless steel and provides a durable, smooth, rounded, easy to clean profile. The reduced size cool zone ensures both energy efficiency and a high output to oil ratio. Combined with the ECO mode, for economic preheating and/or solid fat melt cycle, fast recovery times and double insulation of the EVO range, users will benefit from reduced energy and oil costs without any compromise on output or food quality.

With over 65 years of experience, Valentine Fabrique continue to provide high quality, immensely dependable fryers. The EVO 200E is fitted with adjustable legs for a working height of between 850-900mm, is movable for easy cleaning, and comes complete with gravity filtration, 1 basket, oil bucket and crumb filter. A folding lid with storage in the door and a 2 metre mains cable are also included when you purchase your new Valentine fryer.

Delivery Rules

Please ensure you read and understand our delivery rules before ordering from Caterfair-Valentine Equipment Ltd or Cuisine Equipment Ltd:

• Delivery is made kerbside only. Please note that the drivers do not unpack or position goods.
• Please carefully check the goods by unpacking them before signing for the delivery.
• If you find any damages please refuse the delivery and we will exchange your product.
• If you sign for the delivery, this means you are accepting it and the insurance policy will not cover the transport damages you will want want to claim. Therefore once the delivery document is signed, we will not accept any responsibility for the transport damages and we will not be able to exchange the product or provide a refund.
• All items on our website are in stock unless stated.


Mainland UK

Our delivery options are based on the value of your order. There are 4 delivery options available for the UK mainland:

• Free Shipping is available for orders over £75. This will take around 3 - 5 working days for delivery, when the product is in stock.
• Fixed Rate Shipping is available for £9.59 (including VAT), for orders under £75. This will take around 3 - 5 working days for delivery, when the product is in stock.
• Next Day Delivery is available for all orders, with costs starting from £9.59 (including VAT). Orders must be placed before 1pm to ensure next day delivery. Deliveries will be made on working days only. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are delivered Tuesday.
• This requires items to be in stock and is subject to availability. Not available for orders paid by bank transfer due to the time it takes for the bank transfer to be confirmed.


Northern Ireland/Scottish Highlands/Scottish Isles/Isle of Man/Isle of Wight

Our delivery options are based on the value of your order. There are 2 delivery options available for Northern Ireland/Scottish Highlands/Scottish Isles/Isle of Man/Isle of Wight:

• Free Shipping is available for orders over £5000. This will take around 3 - 5 working days for delivery, when the product is in stock.
• Fixed Rate Shipping is available for £96 (including VAT) is available for orders under £5000. This will take around 3 - 5 working days for delivery, when the product is in stock.
• For Northern Ireland XI-EORI/EORI NUMBERS An EORI (Economic Operator Identification Number) is a unique number that identifies a trader with Customs. It is required on customs exit and entry documents to ensure goods can be processed – plus other Customs communications, if this cannot be provided after purchase charges laid out in our terms and conditions are chargeable. PALLET DELIVERIES ONLY to Northern Ireland.

Returns policy

Goods are not sold on a trial basis unless prior agreement is made with a Company Director.

Goods can be returned for credit up to 28 days from purchase, subject to the following:
• Goods which have been ordered incorrectly will only be accepted for return with prior approval from Valentine Equipment Ltd or Cuisine Equipment Ltd.
• Goods returned must have a copy of the original delivery note or invoice enclosed.
• Returned goods will only be accepted if they are undamaged, have not been used and are in a resalable condition.
• It is the responsibility of the sender to prove that the equipment was in perfect condition when it was returned.
• Photographic evidence of undamaged equipment will be requested in the event of the unit being damaged on return. Without evidence, all damage, whether caused prior to dispatch or in transit, will be charged to the sender.
• All returns should be advised to info@valentinefryers.com or by calling 0118 957 1344 prior to their dispatch.
• Customers returning machines with original packaging and/or boxes missing or damaged will be charged for these items according to current list prices.
• Restocking fees of £130 per machine and £26 per spare or accessory returned will be charged.
• Additional cancellation or return fees may be charged in the case of special orders, any such charges will be advised on/before acceptance of your order.
• Customers are responsible for returning all goods, ensuring that they are adequately packaged and for obtaining proof of delivery. We cannot guarantee that refunds will be processed for goods returned without proof of delivery.
• All packaging and carriage charges for returning any goods will be the responsibility of the customer.
• A collection service may be requested for goods being returned. All charges in respect of this service will be advised prior to the collection being arranged.
